DR. JAMES WHITE
A graduate of C.W. Post College and the New York Chiropractic College.
Dr. White opened his office in Gaithersburg, Maryland in 1990 and has maintained an active family and sports practice. He is a Certified Chiropractic Sports Physician and Strength and Conditioning Specialist.
Dr. James White has been recognized as one of America's Top Chiropractors by the Consumer’s Research Council of America. He is a credentialed Active Release Techniques® practitioner (upper extremities, full spine, and lower extremities).
Dr. White, an avid athlete himself, has treated
numerous high school, college, semi-professional
and professional athletes. He has served on the
Maryland Chiropractic Sports Council, USA Track
and Field Championships (Regional Olympic Trials),
Potomac Valley Association Championships, East
Coast Invitational Track and Field Championships,
Maryland Elite Grand Prix Track and Field Invitational
and was an athletic event doctor at the 1996 U.S.
Beach Volleyball Olympic Trials.
Dr. White was the health for Life Instructor at IBM for three years and
has lectured extensively on sports injuries, anatomy, ergonomics in the workplace, nutrition, biomechanics, stretching and strengthening.
